Nah, he just bent down for a little while...and with Spagnolo's arm there looks a bit... but never for a minute I thought he was sad. They just need to talk and sort out the issues.
It's their private circuit, but if they can run tests by themselves then they would not be in today's situation. No, I don't think they can run their own private test. Maybe only some agreed (probably FIA need to be informed) straight-line test I think.

it's what K posted in Iceman thread. But don't know how this should work. they simply are not allowed to test the car, on their own circuit or not.
