Didn't watch much of the weekend.. But you could see Ferrari's (especially Kimi's) tyre warm-up problem on full display. He made multiple warm-up laps in q2 and q3 prior to his Hot Lap. And I'm pretty convinced Ferrari didn't re-fuel Kimi in q3 just to keep the brakes as warm as possible. And the problem recurred at the end of the Safety Car period (when Valterri got by). With all that being said: p3 looked like the maximum result for Ferrari this weekend.
hi everybody watched the highlights on Channel 4. As you might know we have a situation when all races are on the Sky (has to pay to watch and I can't justify a subscription only for watching F1) and Channel 4 showing some races live and some as highlights later in a day.
First time actually watched Russian GP. Not sure what's the difference with that 'container port' race we had in Spain (had to google it - Valencia it was). It just doesn't bring anything into F1. Actually I think Baku one might be more interesting just because it is in the better part of city, comparing to Sochi one.
Anyway, glad to see Kimi doing reasonably well and getting those points on a tally. Someone got to do it when 'Numero uno' is being constantly hit by those friendly locals
Nomad, you're the rider so mysterious Nomad, you're the spirit that men fear in us
one must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star - it's a satanic drug thing you wouldn't understand...
