I think it's normal the relationship cool down, Kimi had changed teams a few times in his career so he know how it will be in this situation.
On the Sky Korea pre-show, they talked about the situation when a driver announced to drive for another team next season, they talked to a few ex-WDCs they all said that once you decided to go to a competitor then suddenly you become an enemy. you not allowed to go to the factory, no important technical information will be shared with you, no new parts on your car....
So, we just have to get used to the situation until the end of season unfortunately.
wouldn't say that those 23 seconds say anything - they are concentrated over Romain (it's right for the team) and Kimi is not really showing much of desire to talk. So I think it is mutual, rather than 'evil against Kimi' (the way many fans are now explaining this video)
