Zitat von AppletreeNow..as this confusing news is out finally, as a Finn I have to say, I am very surprised by the way some of users here attacked against finnish press and specially Pekka Franck , altho he appeared to be a new dealer in F1 world. But he was previously from racingnewsflash. com , so I wasnt so suspicious. I serve the humble pie here ,nothing more, nothing less, as anyway, the future of my fav driver is now clear for two years. Thankyou!
I never thought Kimi would go to Ferrari again, still seems like a bit of a strange idea. But Pekka Franck really deserves some credit!

I also never thought Kimi would go to Ferrari again. I'd start listing all of the reasons but they are no longer relevant given today's news.
Mr Franck must know Kimi quite well or know someone who does, because he was the first to be resolute in his assertions that Kimi was returning. And it wasn't his first time reporting earlier than other journalists about Kimi to Ferrari.
Did anyone notice the "Mark Hughes" part under winners about him calling it first? Pretty poor from autosport. The Finnish press deserves credit for being first
Zitat von Olgayes, and i was thinking about it.....
Oh hell , me and Olga were first, we talked about this long before anyone else even thought about it. " title="chat" /> It was so far a bad fantasy , I didn't want it to happen, but we thought it could happen. Our thought was that the f team needed both Kimi and FA to win the constructor title over RB. This is a sad day, I truly liked Kimi and lotus together . " title="annoyed" />
Finally it´s announced! I´ve never been a "team-fan" but a "drivers-fan". For me it doesn´t matter in which team Kimi is driving. The most important is, that we´ll see him for two more years driving in F1 " title="run" /> So it came true what he said in his first time at Ferrari: Ferrari will be his last team. I can´t imagine that he´ll drive longer after this contract expires.

Nico Hulkenberg was informed via an SMS message that he had not secured the Ferrari drive despite having a contract on the table.
According to his manager Werner Heinz, the Sauber driver's lawyers had spent eight weeks working with Ferrari on a contract only for it to be withdrawn at the last minute.
Just two hours after Felipe Massa Tweeted that he would be leaving Ferrari at the end of this season, Heinz received an SMS from Ferrari team boss Stefano Domenicali informing him that the team had opted against signing Hulkenberg.
"After two months of negotiations, I at least expected a phone call," he told Auto Motor und Sport.
In fact the only thing separating Hulkenberg from being a Ferrari driver was one signature, Luca di Montezemolo's.
The Ferrari President instead gave the nod to Kimi Raikkonen, who Ferrari confirmed on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Bild claims that Hulkenberg is now in talks with Lotus about replacing Raikkonen next season.
Has Kimi do something bad in his former life to Jacques Villeneuve? " title="dunno" /> Or is Villeneuve jealous, that he never drove for red? " title="dunno" />
Again a lot of bad word from him about Kimi.
Zitat"They are completely insane at Ferrari,to bring Kimi back. He can not work with engineers, he can not continue to develop the car, he perceives no sponsors appointments - it can only drive a car quick. "
ZitatAccording to AMuS Allison is big fan of Kimi, he knows Kimi is a fantastic car developer. Alan Permane praised Kimi: " Kimi doesn't need much testing, he can compare old and new parts straight away and he is able to say how car feels better and how it doesn't" Permane says.
