Still convinced lotus need to double their budget... Any other case kimi is better off in other topteam !... I dont talk abt how he feels there or whatever... Just the money to design and develop
Lotus had already stated that lotus is not only allison.....it is not that he ever designed a newey boom or something unbelieveble smart ahead of all other teams

Yes that is exactly what I thought as well. I dont know how reliable this site is. The problem is there were already rumours about him leaving Lotus, so it cant be ignored completely.
Allison may not be Newey but hes considered highly innovative as an engineer plus the fact that he does very well with a limited budget. i would be happy with Allison and Kimi in McLaren...

I was just thinking about that it is funny that Lopez mentioned o9ther teams also being interested in Kimi, Button's contract expires at the end of the season. It would be interesting to see Mclaren going for Allison and Kimi. But that is wild speculation. Button is the golden child at Mclaren.

If Whitmarsh were to leave, then I would be happy. He doesn't seem a top-tier Team Principle. But the problem with eliminating Whitmarsh from the equation may mean eliminating Kimi from McLaren's radar..
